Inside Sales /Project Manager.

Primary Responsibilities
- Main point of contact between Customer and our production personnel, to coordinate the documentation and flow of information back & forth from Sales Order entry to Order completion.
- regular day to day client interaction via phone and email (via MS Outlook) & enter resulting updates in Sales Orders.
- Maintain, Renew & update annual service contracts.
- Order/Invoice creation & management ( via Quick Books & Excel)
- Creation & Entry of Purchase Orders, Item receipts, A/P Invoices
- also includes all typical office duties
- create & distribute various management reports daily, weekly, monthly, & on demand)
-Very polished Telephone skills is a MUST to interact with customers.
-Very High email skills (via Microsoft Outlook) is a MUST.
-Bookkeeping or Accounting Experience is a big plus
-Expert with Microsoft Excel
-Expert with Quick Books
-Expert with Microsoft Outlook
-well organized

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
