KEIL Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative for a full time position.
KEIL has been providing comfort to homeowners in Northern New Jersey for over a century.
We currently have an opening for a Customer Care Representative with a great attitude , high energy and high motivation.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a wonderful office staff that takes care of our established customer base, some of which have been with us for three generations.

Goal oriented candidates will share office duties, make outbound and take inbound phone calls.
A strong Windows computer understanding is necessary in order to schedule, log and follow up with our residential customers.
This is a detail oriented position for a well organized individual.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Input/update customer information into our computer system.
Make outgoing calls to customers to schedule maintenance and service appointments.
Answer incoming telephone calls, schedule and manage customer requests.
Assist customers on the phone and occasionally in person.
Offer customers product and service solutions to solve their comfort problems.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Key Competencies:
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written (English) Strong Listening and problem solving skills Well organized, thorough and detail oriented with a take charge attitude Ability to make fast, accurate and logical decisions without assistance Ability to follow instructions and to provide instructions to others Education and
Experience:
Associates degree in business or equivalent course work and experience.
1-2 years' minimum experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
