Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments of hand and upper extremity conditions, focusing on individualized patient needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts, ensuring holistic care.
Provide therapeutic interventions, custom splinting, and patient education tailored to individual needs.
Fabricate and adjust orthotic devices, ensuring the highest quality care.
Participate in advanced treatment roundtable discussions and workshops to stay at the forefront of industry knowledge.
Document patient progress, evaluations, treatments, and interactions as required by professional and facility guidelines.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active OT licensure in NJ.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) qualification.
1-2 years of OT experience, preferably in hand therapy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality patient care.
