QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience Competent knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching Great phone skills required! Light Sales experience a plus Strong grammar and writing skills Capable of accurately using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent customer service skills Ability to sit for long periods of time HVAC office experience a plus but not required.
Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus! Are you organized? Do you prioritize your tasks effectively? Are you professional and dependable?
